Training:
3 sets of 8

  • Curls 45lbs
  • Shruggs 45lbs
  • Wood choppers with 10lbs
Tire/Sledgehammer Beating:
5 Sets
  • 45 second intervals of full force hammering the tire with 8lb sledge.
  • Then Feet on tire push-ups as I work around the tire.
  • Soccer toe/taps around the tire
  • 10 Dips
100 crunches
