Then carried a 30lb pack and a 40lb 5-gallon bucket for and hour...
Then carried a 30lb pack and a 40lb tire for an hour.
Total distance ~13 miles.

Ran ~3 miles pushing the kiddos (~100 lbs)lots of hills
Late afternoon:
10 175 ft sprints pulling a 40lb tire
10 175 ft tire pulls (backwards) with my son and daughter (alternating) along for the ride ( ~45 lbs extra)
100 pull ups

Ran a 5k pushing my kiddos (~ 100lb). 25 min. Fun times!!!
Thoughts:
Just ran for fun.. My kids liked it. We were the last ones off the line and ended ip 45th out of 245 runner.

Worked last night and nooooo sleep.
Shoveled dirt for 45 min.
100 pull-ups
500 bicycle crunches
225 push-ups
Thoughts:
It was so hard to get started and to finish this simple workout day because of no sleep. Wow!! But I finished what inset out to do. And does running around all day and then going to Costco with 2 wild bohemians count for any kind of training? ;-)

Just finished a recovery week, so started with some generalized endurance type exercises today. There really isn't a gd way to carry that bucket. Worked last night and head back tonight too. Fun fun.

Recovery week.....
Rock-climbed for 2.5 hours.
