Training:

  • Ran 30 min
  • Curls and Shruggs 45lbs 3 sets of 8
  • Walked with 40lb pack, carrying 20 lbs in 5-gallon bucket x 30 min.
  • 120 Crunches
  • 100 Push-ups
Need to work on core strength.
