Core:

  • Planks, Bilateral Planks 30 second intervals, 3 sets
  • Curls, Shruggs 45lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Crunches 120
  • Push-ups 120
  • Pull-ups 30
  • Upright Rows 45lb Kettle Bell 3 sets of 10
  • Double hand swing 45lb Kettle Bell 3 sets of 10
Thoughts:
This -10 degree and snowy weather makes it tricky to get training in.
