Worked last night and nooooo sleep.
Shoveled dirt for 45 min.
100 pull-ups
500 bicycle crunches
225 push-ups
Thoughts:
It was so hard to get started and to finish this simple workout day because of no sleep. Wow!! But I finished what inset out to do. And does running around all day and then going to Costco with 2 wild bohemians count for any kind of training? ;-)
