Am:
100 pull ups
500 crunches

Noon:
Ran ~3 miles pushing the kiddos (~100 lbs)lots of hills

Late afternoon:
10 175 ft sprints pulling a 40lb tire
10 175 ft tire pulls (backwards) with my son and daughter (alternating) along for the ride ( ~45 lbs extra)
